Debt of approximately US$42 million was restructured with eight Mexican banks. Due to internal discord in one of the banks, the company decided to negotiate with each bank in individual form to ensure better conditions. As a result of this process, the company obtained nine new financing agreements and opened its own plant in Mexico.
