ZIMMA acted as exclusive sell-side advisor to Quimpharma’s shareholders on the divstiture of a non-core product portfolio (sanitary registrations and commercialization rights) to Megalabs.

Led the full transaction process, valuation, perimeter definition, buyer outreach, negotiation and closing.

Results

The transaction allowed Quimpharma to monetize a non-strategic portfolio ar attractive terms and refocus management on its core franchises, while providing Megalabs with immediate scale and regulatory presence in Mexico to accelerate the rollout of its regional portfolio.
