Kimex PET, a 100% Mexican-owned company, was founded in 1987 as part of Grupo Industrial Kimex. The group’s shareholders retained ZIMMA to conduct a company valuation and determine the value of the business unit. The objective was to analyze the viability of moving company operations to another location to vacate the space being occupied at that time.
