Sanborn's Mexico Auto Insurance

The company’s shareholders retained ZIMMA to sell the company.

ZIMMA promoted the sale among insurance companies of various sizes, based on Sanborn’s unique business model and profitability for other insurance companies. Some of these companies viewed Sanborn’s as too small, while some of the larger companies made offers that ZIMMA found to be lower than the established levels. As a result, ZIMMA advised the shareholders to continue expanding the business, given its profitability and possibilities for future growth.
