In 1992, a team from Casa de Bolsa México, which included some of ZIMMA’s current executives, was retained by the shareholders of Casa de Bolsa México, the Autrey family, to carry out the valuation and funding to acquire Multibanco Comermex.

The evaluation was completed, and to raise the required funds, ZIMMA executives held more than 145 meetings with investors, both individuals and groups. In the end, a group of investors was formed. A major participant was a group led by Casa de Bolsa Inverlat.
The transaction was completed successfully.
