Chocolates La Corona

Having decided to sell the company, the shareholders of La Corona -Grupo CORVI with 50% and the Newbridge Latin America equity fund with 50%- requested a valuation and search for prospects at the international level. The interested parties in the final stage were Hershey’s, Mars, Nestlé, and Bimbo. The winning offer was presented by Bimbo.

The company was sold as an ongoing business, including all of its assets, brands, and personnel.
