INDUSTRIAL

ISA

The heirs of ISA’s founder retained ZIMMA to sell the company.

ISA’s operations proved to be extremely complicated, but support from company executives and shareholders facilitated a national search for interested buyers. The resulting offers, however, involved conditions that the shareholders were unable to accept. Having resolved their difficult financial situation, the shareholders decided to continue operating, with a solid industrial projection.
