The company operates a manufacturing facility in Mexico City with an annual capacity og +7,000 tons offering over 70 varieties of cookies and an array of packaging options.

Oaklins Mexico role in the transaction

ZIMMA acted as the sole financial advisor to Mac’Ma in the sale of 100% of the shares of the Company.

ZIMMA, with the support of the Oaklins network, identified key local and international players. ZIMMA organized an international roadshow in wich 110 companies were contacted, and 7 offers were received.

Results

Thanks to ZIMMA’s exhaustive competitive process three offers were received. Two from national investors and one from an international company.
